Wages

I have just heard back from the wage department and they have only paid me for 5 of the 7 days I was due as they were told different dates to the ones I actually booked, and they have charged me tax at 33% as this is an interim payment. None of this is my fault so why am I the only one to suffer for it. They have also told me they have no holiday details for me for August despite the fact that I am off for 2 lots of 3-day weekends. I will have to have a word with my boss when I get in, to get him to sort this as I don't want to be paid short next month as well.
I am not sure what to do about my debt collection agency, but when it comes to paying them or eating then I guess eating will have to win out!!
