I don't know if you remember, but I had an idea a few months back for a website devoted to biographies of LGBT people. I decided not to follow up on it because I found a site, Gay For Today, that was already doing this (along with a couple of other sites, to a lesser degree).
I had begun to compile a database though of famous LGBT people when I first came up with the idea and I've been adding to it ever since. This database is where I get the information for the LGBT birthdays that I post every day. On the list is a full spectrum of people from tv presenters to models, politicians to royalty, porn stars to religious leaders.
Well, yesterday I reached the milestone figure of 3000 names on the list and it is still rising. Many names that I have are still missing full or partial birth dates and I am trying to figure out which of the hundreds (thousands?) of porn stars are gay or bisexual, and which are just gay-for-pay.
It is an on-going project, I don't quite know why I am still doing it, but it passes the time on quiet days and it could come in handy for a future venture, who knows.
