The interview

So, I've just got back from my assessment day for a job and I think it went well. I turned up a bit early and had to wait nearly 45 minutes to be taken up to the meeting room. There were 5 of us in the meeting and we had 2 basic literacy and numeracy tests followed by a slightly more difficult security related literacy test.
Then we had a team exercise, putting a list of items into the order we all agreed on. Then we were all advised if we had progressed to the interview stage, which we all did. I was last to be interviewed and just as I was answering his first question he stopped me and said that someone else would be taking over. They did, about 5 minutes later, then the first guy came back in for 5 minutes and then left again, which was slightly off-putting.
I have been told that I will be informed if I am on to the next stage by Monday, so not too long to wait. The next stage will be another interview and a power-point presentation, so more nerve racking but I think I could cope.
