Noticable?

I just had to share this.
A little earlier I was in our (tiny) kitchen talking to my flatmate Alex. He asked if I was going to the gym now. When I acknowledged that I was, he told me that he thought as much because it really showed. I was really chuffed, because when a straight guy notices and comments you know that it is really working!
My mood is obviously much better than it had been.
