Work Reshuffle

I received an email yesterday at work to advise me that as from Monday one of the controllers from my shift will have to transfer to another. The manager spoke to the other two earlier today and they both said that they didn't want to swap shifts. He phoned me tonight and I said a provisional "yes," but sent him an email with my conditions (like that I shouldn't lose holiday or money if I do).
So I should find out tomorrow if I am actually going to another shift.
