I really do not want to get into specific cases, as I know only what the news station have told us on each case, but I do want to know why people in America are so shocked every time a massacre, like the one at Virginia Tech, happens. I'll tell you why it happens so often in the States:
The Second Amendment: declares "a well regulated militia" as "necessary" to maintaining a free state, and as explanation for prohibiting infringement of "the right of the people to keep and bear arms."
Other amendments have been repealed, so why not this outdated and deadly amendment. And who is one of its main supporters? George W Bush. Not exactly a peacemonger, eh?
