Typical

I finished day shifts yesterday and so could have a lay in this morning before going to work tonight. Guess what? The workmen outside decided that they needed to dig up the pavement underneath my bedroom window! So, I was woken at 08:30, but determinedly stayed in bed and managed to get back to sleep a few times, and eventually rose from my pit at around 15:00 (much later than I intended). Oh well. Only 2 night shifts and then I have 3 days off. Hoorah!
