Feeling Sick

I've just got into work and I feel sick. I'm not sure if it is the chicken & mushroom slice I had for dinner or just the thought of being in work! I didn't get much sleep either, as I woke up at about 12:30 and couldn't get back to sleep. I think it is going to be really, really long night.
