New flatmate

Kevin actually told me about the new guy living at the flat, though he didn't tell me his name. He is Russian and is only living there for 4 months, and works at the same company I am contracted to. Apparently he is a "pretty boy", Kevin's words not mine, but I have yet to see him, so I'll make my own mind up.
