Shows to See in Melbourne

If you are reading this from Melbourne, Australia, or are going to visit the city in the next couple of weeks you need to check these shows out as I am sure that they are going to be amazing.

Firstly we have Rewind, which I had the priviledge of reading the script in it's original draft, as Dean Arcuri, is a very good friend of mine.
Written and Directed by Dean Arcuri
Starring Ross Farrel & Steve Sparks
"Reeling from Steve's death, Dave and Ben begin to pick up the pieces and start packing away Steve's 'life'. They make a small discovery filled with potential consequences that could change the way they view their friend, and themselves forever.
Feeling like they never really knew Steve, they begin to try to understand more about who he was and what that means to them. Embarking on a journey that uncovers more about themselves than they want to know, or even realised. With no way of undoing the past all they can do is move forward, but where will this lead them?
This compelling new work written and directed by actor/comedian Dean Arcuri is sharp and honest, powerfully performed by Ross Farrell & Steve Sparke;

'Rewind' will leave you questioning, should secrets stay buried?"

Rewind is showing at Vibe on Smith, 123 Smith St, Fitzroy, Melbourne, Australia from 23rd January to 7th February. Check it out it should be great.

Secondly we have "Now Boarding"

Starring Dean Arcuri
"Dean is back . . . and this time, it's aerial!
He's been kicked out of first class and shunned from the Mile High Club. But that's not going to stop him! Join Dean for another crazy camped up comedy cabaret that will take to you to new heights of laughter.
This onboard entertainment is filled with musical medley madness and comedy mayhem as Dean and his crew sing and dance up a storm and kick it into high velocity at the Artery in Fitzroy.
It's an evening you won't want to miss!"

This show is on at The Artery, 87-89, Moor Street, Fitzroy, Melbourne, Australia on the 8th and 9th February only.

Please check them out, and if you do let me know what they were like as I am stuck here in windy ol' London wishing I was out there in good ol' Aus.
