Dinner Guests

Also, to pass the time, last night I decided to make a list of the 10 people I would like to have at a dinner party. It's not a new idea, in fact Boyz magazine asks a different person each week to list their top 10 dinner guests. But, I thought I would give it a go. Mine list of living people to invite to dinner would be:

1. Victoria Wood (I love her work so much, the music, sketches, straight acting and stand up)
2. Stephen Fry (Who wouldn't want this man to come to dinner?)
3. Jake Gyllenhaal (Do I have to explain? Oh, okay! I would like to see first hand what makes him tick)
4. Georgina Beyer (After seeing a documentary on this amazing lady I want to meet her. Inspiring)
5. Prince Harry (I would like to see what the young prince has to say for himself)
6. Kylie Minogue (To see if she really is the princess she comes across as being)
7. Armistead Maupin (As an admirer of his books)
8. Angela Lansbury (I have been a fan of her since seeing Bedknobs & Broomsticks at school when I was about 7)
9. Carrie Fisher (She comes across as really funny and seems to get British humour, and obviously there is the fact that she IS Princess Leia!)
10. Chris Geary (I have admired his looks and build for years and also admire him for the successful business he has founded and runs)

There were many amendments to this list (even as I was writing it just then) but I think I got a nice mix of ages, professions, nationalities, sexes and personalities. It is such a shame that Jim'll Fix It isn't on anymore as I would love this dinner party to actually happen!
