Drinking alone

I decided last night that, despite the weather and that Tim hadn't replied to my text meaning that he was probably busy with work, that I would go out for drinks. I should get out at least once every set of days off if I can I think.
I was lucky in that the rain stopped just before I left home and barely started again all night, which was good. I went to Rupert Street first and said my usual hello to Vlad. It was quite busy in there but after 2 drinks I thought I'd try Barcode. Mistake. It was really quiet in there, with only about ten other people. I then went to Comptons but didn't stay. For some unknown reason it smelled really bad in there, like old cheese or something, so I went back to Rupert Street for one more before going home.
The bus I got on was going via Liverpool Street, so, despite trying to pursuade myself not to go to Chariots I did indeed end up there! I met a lovely guy in there called David (at least that is what he said his name was). He also said he was a P.T.I. and he certainly had the body for it! Who he is a P.T.I. for I didn't ask as he wasn't very forthcoming. Fun though.
I got home relatively early at about 00:30.

I did get a text from Tim this afternoon to apologise for not getting back to me earlier.
