Still Out Of It

I really need my days off to come around quickly. I hate working nights, as you know, but going back onto nights after being away for 4 days drinking is not good. I need to get a decent NIGHT of sleep and then be allowed to relax during the day.
On my first night back to work I got my usual bloated stomach, I'm not sure if it is my diet or whether it is psychosomatic! Maybe I just get ill because I am at that place (unlikely, I know).
My new employers are taking over on the site on Monday and my new uniform arrived yesterday, well some of it did. They sent me the wrong size shirts, the trousers were not very generous around the waist so I will have to have a larger size, and they forgot to send a jacket for me! Not a promising start!

Yesterday I also got an email asking for me to phone back about a job that I applied for. Unfortunately I hadn't applied for the job (as a Security Supervisor) and so am in two minds whether to phone back or not as I want to get out of the industry. I don't know who the employer is (it was a recruitment agency that contacted me), where it is, what hours it is, or what money they pay.
I also have one more job to fill out an application form for. With this one, which I DO want, I have to fill out the form and email it back. I can't, however, download the form on the work computer and so will have to do it on Friday when I have lots of time (if I do it now, I will rush it and probably mess it up). Luckily the deadline is 10th August for this one.

Oh, and living here in this flat is really annoying me again.
  • There is mess in the living room every day, mainly because piss-artist Penny sleeps on the sofa now.
  • I have had to sort through the rubbish to separate the recycling again.
  • The sink is full of unwashed dishes etc.
  • The bathroom floor is constantly soaked.
  • No one had bought any toilet paper until yesterday.

I really don't like it here.

I'll stop whinging now. I hate the moaning as much as you do, but I have to vent it somewhere don't I?
