Free At Last

I was kindly offered to leave an hour early today which came as a great relief as I was having a hell of a day. I was only offered this to ease my bosses conscience (if he has one) over him leaving 2 hours early (which is 15:00 for him!!).
My bad day was mostly down to a certain work colleague who doesn't understand simple instructions, cannot communicate effectively and can hardly ever be understood over the radio! But enough about that shitty place.

I am off work now for four days and will be travelling by train to Torquay to see my friends there for the first time in about 6 years. My "excuse" for going is that it is Torquay's very first Gay Pride weekend, but I really just want to see my friends and catch up properly. It looks like the weather may put pay to any outside events anyway as it is pi55ing down here at the moment. I must check the weather forecast for the next four days (so I know what to pack).
I am not packing my laptop so I shall not be able to post anything for the 4 days that I am there, but I hope to make it up to you on my return.
