Charles Howard, yet another hate crime victim this deadly month! Charles was chased with a friend, by three teenagers. When he was caught he was thrown into a river from a bridge, despite telling his assailants that he couldn't swim. He drowned. Killed just for being gay. Sometimes I hope there is a Hell.
