As Expected

Yep! Today was as boring as I imagined/remembered it would be! Within half an hour I was bored. To make matters worse the internet kept crashing to the point where I gave up on it in the end and began playing Spider Solitaire instead. Still, I have to console myself somehow and I will do it by remembering that I only work 4 days in a row and one of them is already gone. 25%. One quarter.

I should be in a good mood anyway. I should have mentioned this yesterday but I forgot somehow! I have paid off yet another of my debts. So, now I just have 2 more to go. One of which will be paid off by mid-September at the latest, the other I have to get a balance on (and can't do that until Monday), but know that it is now a vast amount and may be able to pay it off this month, depending on how much I spend in Torquay, but more likely with next months pay. If it is a lowish amount then I will also pay off the other debt at the same time.
Once they are both paid off I will be so much more better off each month, I think I may even be able to have a proper life and, heaven forbid, maybe even be able to go on holiday!!! Hopefully to Australia, if Dean's offer to stay with him still stands!
I then also have my overdraft which I want to get rid of, but that is another step that can be done gradually, as it doesn't cost me that much money each month.

Oh, there is also one it of bad news. I found out yesterday, when I gave Kevin his rent money, that my rent is going up from next month by £35. It sounds like a lot, but it is still a really good rate, so I won't moan too much. I did think, however, that Kevin could have waited until the new guy was in before hiking the rent! Oh well! Hopefully by doing that he may actually get around to replacing the faulty television in the living room that he has been talking about doing for 6 months, or fixing the leak in the bathroom, or the faulty dishwasher, etc.... etc.... etc.....
