Frank Shamrock is a cage fighter, or something similar and has a fantastic body. Very hot! I find broken noses quite sexy, for some primordeal reason! He is 34 today.
Ian Somerhalder is a fave with the Gays, but isn't really my type, but he sure is purdie! Oh and he's an actor, who I've only seen in Young Americans, but aparently he is in the new series of Lost.
