Another gold for Team GB this time in a masterful win in the men's team sprint cycling, in which they boys set a new world record in the heats. Well done to Chris Hoy, Jason Kenny and Jamie Staff.
We are also guaranteed at least silver medals 2 sailing events yesterday, one of which being Ben Ainslie, who is also a nice bit of posh totty.
