James DeGale gains a gold medal in the Mens Middleweight boxing today in a match that saw his opponent frustrated enough to bite the British boxer.
Sarah Stevenson gains a bronze medal in the Taekwondo after a "recount" of points which had originally missed a vital point for the Brit.
We are now fourth in the overall medals table as Russia overtake us with 2 more golds and eight more silvers and a massive 22 more bronze medals. But still a brilliant performance by Team GB with the emphasis, for a change, not being on the Athletics and more on the Sailing, Rowing, Cycling and Swimming.
