Yet another slow day at work, aren't they all? At the moment we are taking turns acting as a a dock officer for the workmen in the building (booking them in and out, ensuring all of them have passes, etc etc). I decided to offer my services to my manager saying that I would do the dock position every day if he wanted. He said he would think about it. The next I knew he had changed it so that no one is in that position for a whole day. So I got my answer, a big fat NO!
Oh well. On a better note, I was allowed to leave early again today, only half an hour but I'm not complaining as any chance to get out of that place is eagerly accepted!
