....and very frustrating.
We have had such a problem trying to set up our bank account for the business. All we wanted was an account to put our cheque in so we could pay for stuff to set the business up. But in order to get the account, we have had to set everything up first. It's been mad.
We finally had everyhing sorted today, or so we thought and the business account manager tells us that she requires just one more thing! The day before the bank holiday weekend!
Needless to say I do not think it actually got done (I haven't received a confirmation email, so I doubt it!).
And after all this IS finally done next week, we still have to wait for the cheque to clear despite the fact that the bank have had it for nearly a month now!!
