Everywhere I went was quiet except Comptons, and I couldn't even get to the bar there so I began to regret going out. While in Rupert Street I saw on the television screens, that had BBC 24 hour news showing, that Danny La Rue had died. I never met Danny, but my ex did while he was working in the theatre at Torquay and then again later in his theatre career. Danny had a soft spot for Graham, so despite knowing that he was getting on a bit, I was quite taken aback that he had actually died.
The rest of the night might have well have been a wake for Danny as it was really quiet so before midnight I decided to head on home. Being a Monday night, I wasn't even tempted to go to Chariots (if it was that dead in town, I can imagine that I would be almost alone in the sauna!). At least I didn't spend too much money (more than I thought, but not too much).

HI MATE..WHAT DO YOU GET FROM GOING TO A GAY SAUNA OTHER THAN SEX...LOVE YR BLOG BUT DONT UNDERSTAND U DOING THAT..JAMIE X
I've often wondered myself what I get out of going to a sauna, as I normally leave feeling as lonely as when I went in.
I guess it is about the only time I ever get physical contact in my life, which is a pretty sad statement I know!
But, I'm happy to say that I haven't been to a sauna for a few weeks now! Maybe I'm over that now? (I guess we will have to wait until I am drunk on a Thurs/Fri/Sat night before we see if I am REALLY over the sauna).
Good to hear from you though Jamie, like to know who my readers are. I hope I don't bring you down too much with my whinging and moaning though.
