Hospital

As I mentioned in the last post I have to go to the hospital tomorrow. It is nothing serious, luckily, at least it shouldn't be. It all came about from when I was going to the opticians a lot a couple of months back. One of the opticians discovered something that looked like a scar on my left eye and so asked me to leave my lenses out for a week, which I did (and hated doing as I loathe wearing my glasses). When I went back a different optician thought it was a dent in the eye. After returning a couple more times, while trying new types of lenses, it didn't improve so she suggested I make an appointment with my G.P. to get a referral to see an eye specialist at the hospital. Well, that is what I did and the appointment is tomorrow.
Luckily the hospital is within walking distance so I won't have to worry about getting there and back. I will almost certainly have to wear my glasses home though as the doctor is bound to put some sort of drops in my eyes. Good job that I am not going out tomorrow then isn't it? I will, of course, let you know what happens. I'm sure that it will turn out to be nothing, and hey, it's something to do (yes, I am that bored that even a trip to the hospital seems exciting!) and there may even be some gorgeous doctors, nurses or even patients there too! Who knows?
