An Annoying Day

Today is a really weird day. I don't know what to do with it. I am working tonight from 19:00 which is the main reason I wanted to get out last night, so that I could come home late and not wake up until the early afternoon. That way I would hopefully not be too tired during the night shift. It didn't work out that way and I was back early last night. Subsequently I woke at about 08:00 this morning, though I managed to doze until just after 09:00 when Frank's scratching at my door finally got me out of bed.
If I stay up all day today I will be really tired tonight, and if I put my lenses in early then my eyes will really be paying for it by the end of the night (and I hate leaving the flat without my lenses in). What makes it worse is that the sun is out again and I should really make the most of that, considering we don't get this much sun this often.

I really hate night shifts.

REALLY hate them.

I hope I get another job soon. I've not heard from the one I applied for (twice) at the weekend, though I guess it is a bit early. I really could do with some good news though, as I am still feeling a bit low.
