Television - At Last

I got really fed up with having such bad reception on my "new" television last night that I decided to move my whole room around. I was only getting intermittent reception on E4+1, Dave, Sky3 & BBC4 on the digital setting and snowy pictures on the terrestrial channels (though not all with sound!). The reception was interrupted or sometimes totally blocked it my roommate was in his room, which is next to mine, or, I think if the neighbours were in upstairs.
I have now moved the set and aerial to the corner of the room which has windows on two side, and it is a lot higher than before. Initially, after all my work of moving furniture and extension leads, I had worse reception that before. I had a fiddle around with the positioning of the aerials and finally managed to get great reception on the digital channels (although I still have no more to choose from, well no decent ones). At least this is one less stress at home.
