Shopping

I am now off work for 12 days, thanks to holiday time remaining. I had an unfortunate incident at work on Sunday, when I was on my break I sat down on our rather comfy sofa in the rest room and as I relaxed the seam on the arse of my trousers split. Now I can honestly say I do NOT have a big arse, in fact it is the one feature that I constantly get complemented on. It must have been the poor quality trousers that I purchased as my employer has failed to provide any for me over the last 7 months! I had decided that I wasn't going to spend much money on trousers that I shouldn't have to pay for in the first place, so I had bought some for £20 in Next. I went there again today to get another pair as, despite not being great quality, they are fairly warm and very comfortable. I also bought another pair of trousers for going out in, as I only have jeans otherwise. While I was there I also got a nice t-shirt.
I had a look in a sport shop too and managed to get 3 t-shirts and a white vest for £8. Bargain. So all in all it was a good day for clothes shopping.
Unfortunately, I decided to get the bus back home, rather than the tube. I eventually got on a bus and was slightly annoyed that it took 30 minutes to go from Tottenham Court Road to Holborn (less than half a mile) due to the traffic. It then got free of the traffic and made the rest of the journey to St Paul's in about 5 minutes (about 5 times the previous distance).

My new landlord's parents were holding a meeting for the local police in our dining room this lunch time, making it difficult to get to the kitchen, so I popped into Tesco on the way back to get some lunch. While I was in there I saw three very nice guys. And despite them all being slightly young for me, I managed to get big smiles from two of them. Unfortunately the queue in there was huge and so they were gone by the time I got out of the store.
Off to the gym in about 30 minutes, I wonder who will be there.
