I need help

I am getting really bored being at home all day every day. I can't do too much while I am unemployed, as almost everything costs money and I need to be frugal. So, I really need to find something to occupy my time. This blog can only go so far, as I can't write about much if I'm not doing much!
I want to improve my writing skills, to help fulfil one of my ambitions:

"To have some written work published"

I admit that my punctuation needs improvement, as does my grammer, but my vocabulary is quite good. If anyone has a project that they need help with, an article that need writing, a story or screenplay that needs fresh eyes to look at it, or some data that needs compiling, I would love to help out.
