A Productive Day!

I've done quite well today. Makes a change.
I got up at 08:00 this morning so that I could get to the hospital for 09:00. I went to the blood test clinic first and didn't have to wait long, despite about 15 people being in the queue before me. I then had to go upstairs to the x-ray department and again didn't have to wait long. All in all I was only in the hospital about 2 hours, which is the minimum I was expecting for each department. So, thank you to the hospital staff there at St Bart's. Now I just have to wait for my doctor to contact me as the results will be going to him first.
I then decided to try again to find some new jeans so went to Oxford Street again. I managed to find some nice ones in Burtons, but they didn't have my size. I did buy 2 shirts and a pair of boots in there though. I then went to Blue Inc. and managed to get a pair of blue jeans, it's a fairly rare colour believe it or not at the moment. Then I went to the Officer's Club and got another pair of trousers, this time beige casual ones, some boxers and socks (which I desperately needed). I then made my way home, and it still wasn't even midday! How good is that? And considering what I had bought I was pleased to find that I had spent less than £150 too! Amazing.
With that great start to the day, the fact that I haven't been out for a drink in over 5 weeks and also the fact that I am feeling incredibly horny, I decided that I would be heading into Soho tonight for a few drinks. I don't expect it to be busy at all, being a Tuesday and it being cold and a bit wet, but I need to get out. I'll let you know tomorrow how it goes, or, if it is really bad it'll be tonight!

Best of luck to you tonight! I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Your lucky you have the NHS at least to get things checked out. Here in the US with no insurance your left on your own.

Yeah, we all moan about the NHS and how bad service can be sometimes, but deep down we know we are lucky to have the service at all.

p.s. no luck last night but going out again on Friday! ;-)
