I was thinking of actually going to a Kings Cross Steelers game today, I thought that it was about time that I did, especially as I now have my membership and have yet to make use of it. But then came the storm! Today we have heavy rainfall and powerful gusts of wind, all of which combine to make it a no-brainer decision. I really do not fancy standing outside in a muddy field, in the rain, being blown all over the place. Even if it means that I get to see some muscular men get down and dirty! I am staying indoors, though I will have to go to the corner shop for some food as I have nothing in that will constitute a proper meal!
So, the new plan for today? Stay in and watch DVD's (starting with Star Wars Episode IV), have a nice microwave lunch in a minute and later watch Strictly Come Dancing.
Then tomorrow? The Waters of Mars. The latest Doctor Who episode, a prelude to David Tennant's Christmas/New Year two-part finale.
