When the physiotherapist finally deemed his lunch to be finished, about 10 minutes after my appointment was due, he let me into his room. Yes he was male, and Australian, but no he was not attractive. Oh well!
He asked lots of questions, some of them he asked three times which got a bit annoying. He moved my legs about into various positions and eventually came to the conclusion that i just need to build up some muscle strength in my legs which will help the whatever-it-is in my knee cope and heal better. So, basically he told me to join the gym, as I was intending to do, and see how that goes for at least a month before deciding if I need to see the doctor for further tests.
So, now I have no excuse NOT to go to the gym. I guess I will have to make an appointment for a look-around at one, probably Virgin Active as it looks like it has a lot of variety of equipment. I will, however, need to get some decent training shoes before I start as the only ones I have at the moment are about 7 years old and are threadbare between the soles and uppers!!! A task for tomorrow I think.

Good luck with the gym thing. Every time I read about other guys going or joining a gym I feel so damn guilty. I'd love to join and go to one but I just can't afford it right now. Excuses, excuses, I know.
Yeah, the cost is worrying me a bit, now that I have just got out of debt.
