A String of Coloured Lights / To Sir With Love????

I got news yesterday of a new couple of shows starring my mate Dean in Australia. First we have:

A String of Coloured Lights
Starring Anastasia Russell-Head & Dean Arcuri
A traveling carnival, the last of its kind, sweeps through Melbourne on the summer breeze...

Jemima and Sergei are lost! Lost in love and life... Before they are engulfed by the darkness of the world the lights and music of a travelling carnival invoke memories of the past that could lead them to the future. Could the unique brand of entertainment that 'carnie' life brings be the answer they need? Join them in a collision of colourful sounds and songs that tell tall tales and witness it all from the beginning as they embark on a journey that will change who they are by discovering who they were. Welcome to the carnival within....
Join ground breaking musician Anastasia Russell-Head and comedian/cabaret performer Dean Arcuri in this experimental new work. Both performers are taken in new and challenging directions through a dark and surreal journey filled with a jigsaw of spoken word and music, old and new.

This show is taking place at The Butterfly Club, 204 Bank St, South Melbourne
Dates: 22nd - 25th January 7:00 pm (6:00pm Sunday)

TO SIR WITH LOVE???
What's a little cabaret without some corporal punishment!
Can you find your inner fetish and the man of your dreams?
Come and find out in this exploration of all those deep dark dirty little secrets that are just busting to be set free in this comedy collision of musical medleys that is putting the CP back into Cabaret and the singing back into S&M!
Dean Arcuri returns as a cast of characters exploring their inner desires and taking cabaret to a whole new level, straight to the dungeon!

This show is also at The Butterfly Club, from 5th-8th February again at 7:00 pm (6:00pm Sunday)

Once again I am sad that I cannot be there to watch and support my mate Deano, but I'm sure they will both be amazing shows. If anyone does go and see them please let me know how the show went. Enjoy.
Oh, and Dean, break a leg!
