My friend Tim has just updated his blog on Facebook, showing some pictures from Christmas, including a few that show the large area on his head that was covered with stitches previously. The stitches are out now and he is feeling much better, except for an aching leg and feeling self-conscious in the gym, but who wouldn't with your head half shaved and a big question mark "carved" into your skull. Once he gets his buffness back I'm sure that he'll feel much happier! In fact, I'm sure that all it will take is one person giving him the eye and all will be well with his world!

I hope he doesn't mind, and I'm sure he will tell me if he does, but here is a couple of pictures of his head with the stitches:
