I got up late today and waited until the early afternoon to have my shower as I am starting night shifts tonight. The water wasn't particularly hot when I started, which was disappointing as I was hoping to use it to warm myself up, especially my feet as they are cold all the time lately at home. I was going to shave while I was in the shower, which is what I normally do, but the hot water ran out before I was able to. When I had dried off and dressed I checked the bathroom boiler and it appeared to be turned off, so I turned them on. I don't know if that will be enough, but hopefully it will be sorted for when I need it again tomorrow. In the mean time I had a shower in the sink with as much luke warm water as I could get.
I was fuming when I had to get out of my shower which was probably made worse by the fact that I am back at work tonight. Let's just hope that the heating is working there tonight and over the following three nights! Let's also hope that I don't run out of things to watch on iPlayer too as I am bored already and I am not even there yet!
