An Attempt at Affirmation

I was feeling really low last night and in need of human contact, so I decided to go to Chariots, sober for a change. When I got there, I had to queue, which I thought might be a good sign, meaning that it is busy. I had forgotten that busy is not good in the sauna. Busy meant that there was virtually nowhere to be alone with anyone.
After about 2 hours of wandering around with no decent guys on the horizon, except for one gorgeous one who was not into me at all. I was taking one last walk around before I was going to head home when I spotted a handsome guy, about 6' 2" nicely built (though not muscular) and he DID give me a second look. We found a private room and half an hour later I was getting changed to come home feeling a little better, though not much.

Today, I went to Oxford Street to see if I could pick up some bedding and maybe a jumper in the January sales. I managed neither as I could find nothing that I liked. All I got was cold. Still feeling a bit down and I am back to work tomorrow. Let's hope that something unusual happens to brighten my day, like a fire or something!!!!
