Bad Day

I guess I knew it was going to be a bad day when I woke up at 04:00 and kept looking at my alarm clock every 10 minutes until I had to get up at 06:00. Not a good start.
I ran out of work to do by 09:30, except for the work I still have to do on the keys, which can't really be done properly until the weekend. I was in a bit of a belligerent mood and felt like I was being taken advantage of with all the work that I do and none of the others (especially the supervisors) do anything other than the minimum. I was in a foul mood. I took it out a bit on one of the guards after he had covered my break and not opened any emails, acknowledged any alarms or filled in the Occurrence Book (which is an hourly, or half-hourly requirement). Even so, I managed to restrain myself and only let fly with half a rant rather than the full blown explosion of anger that I was feeling.
I need to get out of there A.S.A.P!!!!!!!

HELP PLEASE!!
Do any of you lovely readers out there know what type of qualifications employers are looking for for administration / research / records management work (other than being a bloody graduate)?
I need desperately to do a course of some kind just to get my foot in the door (I'm not even getting interviews) and I don't want to waste my money, AND TIME, on the wrong course.
