Night Out

Tuesday was my supervisor's 30th birthday, so last night after work a group of us from work went out for a few drinks. It was all paid for by the building manager so I was happy not to have to dip into my last few pounds in my bank account.
I really wasn't looking forward to going out, but it turned out to be a good laugh and I got home about 23:30 a bit merry, but not too bad. I happily do not have to go to work until 19:00 tonight so I had a nice lay in, although I did still wke up early (08:00) so I was able to phone the doctors to make an appointment to go and get my repeat prescription for my anti-depressants. It is a real pain having to make an appointment every month instead of just putting a repeat 'scrip in, but I have to do what the doctor says. I have an appointment at 16:10 this afternoon, so I think I will go back to bed in a minute so I am fresh for my night shift tonight.
