Okay, so I have just got back from the doctors and luckily he gave me 2 months prescription without me having to ask, so that is £7.10 saved (yes 'scrips have gone up yet AGAIN!). But, the doctor also kept on about me seeing a councellor again, which I really do not want to do, but I eventually gave in and agreed to one session with their resident councellor to see if she believes that I need further councelling. I hope not and I hope that it doesn't cost me either. I should be contacted some time soon to arrange the appointment, which is a nightmare in itself as I have little free time as it is with these shifts. Oh well, I guess it might help so we shall have to see.
The doctor was one that I hadn't seen before and I have been advised to ask to see the same doctor whenever I go there, so I should be seeing him again. He did ask a lot of good questions, so I hope this (he) will also help, and I hope to get off of the Sertraline relatively soon (I was on it for about 6 years before, which was far longer than I ever intended to be on it).

I do understand about the councellor. If you are taking antidepreesants, maybe it might help to talk to someone as well. Since I am no doctor, I rally can not tell you to see one, but he has advise you on this. I hope you find the peace you are looking for in whatever method happens.
Hugs
Ray
