Planning

Everything is going well with the new business plan at the moment.
I seem to have Bob, my work colleague, on board and enthusiastic and he even seems to view me as the boss of the new company.

We have:

• A name
• Potential website
• Possible location for the office
• 2 possible backers to approach
• Prices for our services
• The beginnings of a business plan
• Potential staff, when things get up and running

And we are working on the rest. I am really getting excited about everything, but I don't want to let myself get goiong too much, just in case. It is really weird, but I don't actually want my to be my own boss, THAT is what I am finding most scary!

ME as the boss!! Weird!

I guess I'm gonna have to get used to it if it goes ahead.
