I've just been checking out the Marvel releases for September and WOW they look good:Not only is there a Civil War Files as well as the usual Handbook (I love these issues), but we have a new Union Jack limited series (with Hendon Central, my home until Monday. on the front cover of issue #1!), but we also have Civil War continuing, Excalibur with the Black Knight, X-Men: Phoenix - Warsong starting, the Shi'ar in Uncanny X-Men, and the Exiles fighting with, what looks like, every single version of Wolverine ever!! I can't think of a better word than "WOW".
